I've been dying to post these photos ever since I shot them with Kristina Mirasol a few weeks ago. I'm sure all we Walking Dead fans have watched this season with baited breath, trying not to have heart attacks as we fret over the fates of some of our favorite characters. With the mid-season finale right before the holidays, many of us are eagerly awaiting the return of the show in February. 

Today's post is inspired by the greatest bamf of the show, Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus).

A fan favorite with a cult following, Señor Dixon in all his poncho-wearing, crossbow wielding glory has definitely earned the respect of many viewers. But it's not just the crossbow that makes the man, it's all the motorcycle riding (and sleeveless vest wearing) that makes all the girls sigh. 

For this shoot in the woods, I did my best to channel my inner badass to fight some walkers.

Fun fact: It was all of 27 degrees in the woods that day, Kristina and I were freezing.

I had a lot of fun shooting these photos, and a hard time narrowing it down to only these few! I hope I did Daryl Dixon some justice, or I'll be getting an arrow to the face.
